New paper alert!

Be sure to check out the newest paper from our group, Natural Killer Cell Mechanosensing in Solid Tumor, an invited review published in Bioengineering. In this review, we detail the mechanisms by which NK cells, a promising cell source for cancer immunotherapy, receive mechanical signals and explore key findings regarding the impact of the physical characteristics of tumors on NK cell functions. Furthermore, we review recent engineering advances that can be used to study the role of mechanical forces on NK cell activity and highlight areas for further exploration.

Understanding how NK cells decipher their surroundings unveils new therapeutic targets, fostering advancements in NK cell immunotherapies for combating solid tumors.
