Bio:
Brain R. Dorn, Ph.D., is senior intellectual property counsel at Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL. Prior to joining Arthrex, Dr. Dorn had 12+ years of experience in private practice representing clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies in regards to worldwide strategic patent management with a particular emphasis in biotechnology and chemistry. In 2015, he started at Arthrex and manages the intellectual property portfolios of multiple development groups within the medical device and biologics company. Dr. Dorn received his J.D. (magna cum laude) and Ph.D. (Microbiology/Immunology) from the University of Florida Colleges of Law and Medicine, respectively.
