Dr. Khaing receives BMES Innovation and Career Development Travel Award

Congratulations to Research Assistant Scientist, Dr. Zin Khaing, who was selected to receive a BMES Innovation and Career Development Travel Award! 

Those eligible for the Travel Awards were graduate students, post-doctoral fellows and early career faculty and professionals at critical transition or reentry points in their careers from underrepresented and underserved populations in biomedical engineering to include racial and ethnic minorities and persons with disabilities.

Travel Award winners receive a complimentary registration to the BMES 2013 Annual Meeting and an $800 travel stipend.
