Radiosurgery, Deep Brain stimulation, image guided cranial surgery, 3D ultrasonic guidance, image guided ENT procedures as well as imaged guided spinal instrumentation are areas where the lab had developed tool and provides clinical support for both UF&Shands and the Veterans Hospital. The lecture will explain some of the technologies developed and the processes used to bring these technologies from bench to bedside. It will also discuss the use of 3D printing in the development of mixed reality simulators for teaching and surgical guidance.
