Congratulations to Dr Nicholas Abuid on the successful defense of his PhD dissertation entitled “Engineering Cerium Oxide Nanoparticle Coatings for Antioxidant/Anti-inflammatory Protection of Biomaterials and Tissue Grafts”! His work generated antioxidant coatings using cerium oxide nanoparticles and evaluated their modularity and capacity to protect encapsulated cells. Thank you Dr Abuid for your substantial contributions to the Stabler lab, the department, and the university! You have left an incredible legacy.
