Pruitt Research Day, Monday, November 19th

Pruitt Research Day is an annual event sponsored by the J. Crayton Pruitt Family Department of Biomedical Engineering featuring our best student research, held this year on Monday, November 19th, headlined by keynote speaker Dr. David Greenspan, Ph.D., speaking on “The Commercialization of Research – Musings of a Beaten-up (and Sometimes Successful) Entrepreneur.” Dr. Greenspan received his Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from the University of Florida. Dr. Greenspan holds more than 20 patents and has served many roles in companies like RTI Biologics, Inc., NovaMin Technologies, Inc. and Tutogen Medical. He is currently a member of Synogen and President of Spinode Consulting. Posted are a speakers list and agenda detailing information on the scheduled talks. All Talks will be held in Communicore Room C1-9. The Afternoon Poster Session will be held in the Biomedical Sciences Building Lobby.
