Sharma Lab at OARSI 2019!
Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) is the premier international organization for scientists and healthcare professionals focused on the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis and typically switches its annual world congress meeting location between Europe and North America on a yearly basis. This year, OARSI conducted its annual world congress meeting in Toronto, Canada between May 1st and 5th. Shannon, Shree and Dr. Sharma traveled alongside members of University of Florida’s Orthopaedic Biomedical Engineering Laboratory (@OrthoBME) to participate in the conference. Shannon’s poster was invited to be part of the OARSI World Congress Breakfast Poster Tour under both the “Cartilage and Bone” and “OA Therapies” tours and Shree delivered a podium presentation. The lab explored downtown Toronto and gathered for a lab (+ OrthoBME lab) dinner!
