2020 in review

I haven’t posted any lab news in almost a year. I think it is safe to say we have been a bit bogged down. But plenty of milestones were met.

Jorge Santini passed his thesis proposal exam.

Two papers were accepted (first authors Adrienne Widener and Kevin Ling) to RCS Biomaterials and Drug Delivery and Translational Research.

Students presented their research at BMES, Keystone Islet Biology, and nPOD conferences.

Charles Lazimi, previously a Masters’s student, joined the lab full time as a PhD student.

Multiple new mouse models setup.

We kept the lab going through the pandemic.
