Huabei Jiang is a professor in the J. Crayton Pruitt Family Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Florida. He was previously a professor of physics at Clemson University. He is a pioneer in the field of near-infrared diffuse optical tomography, and for his contributions was named a Fellow of the Optical Society of America in 2006.
